Q: What is Scroll Up Magazine?
A: Scroll Up is a new urban-culture publication that connects families, friends, and loved ones with the inside world. We spotlight street style, prison-to-power stories, hip-hop culture, redemption narratives, and exclusive interviews.
A: Anyone who wants to stay connected and informed—people on the outside with loved ones inside, as well as those interested in urban culture, second-chance stories, and genuine social commentary. If you know someone incarcerated and you want them to feel up to date with what’s happening outside, Scroll Up is built for you.
Q: How often does the magazine publish?
A: Scroll Up releases on a bi-monthly basis (six times per year). Each issue brings fresh features, interviews, style breakdowns, playlists, and real-life stories that matter.
Q: Do you ship to correctional facilities?

Q: Can I get a refund if my issue is returned or lost?
A: Once we ship the magazine, we typically do not issue refunds. If you provide correct shipping information and the magazine is returned due to facility error or other issues beyond our control, contact us and we will review your situation case-by-case.
Q: What if the person I’m sending it to moves to another facility?
A: Please notify us immediately with the updated address. We can re-ship the issue, but you may be responsible for additional shipping costs. Make sure to contact us before the next shipment goes out.
Q: What if I have other questions or need help?
